Kim Roberts – Kim’s Brain Junk
Artist: Kim Roberts
Project: Thursday’s Artist Spotlight
Website: www.kimsbrainjunk.com
Good day Creatures and welcome to our Artist Spotlight feature. Every Thursday we will highlight a new creative talent, introduce their work and tell you a bit about them.
Today we would like to introduce the wonderfully colourful and intriguing world of upcoming freelance illustrator, Kim Roberts.
Kim graduated from Teeside Uni with a BA in computer games design, having worked with a couple of games design companies she has now moved to London to make her way as a freelance illustrator.
Kim has kindly created some images especially for this article. The illustrations are humorous, colourful and refreshing. They are happy illustrations, that clearly come from the heart. We have never met Kim but we imagine that she is like a little balloon, filled to the brim with creative ideas and just about ready to burst with colour and lines.

Marc M Gusta – Heaven and Hell Pt II
Artist: Marc M Gusta
Project: Labyrinths
Website: marcmgusta.blogspot.com
Important: Please click here to enlarge the image and see both heaven and hell in their true glory.
Welcome back to the Marc M Gusta’s Labyrinths. This Wednesday brings something very special indeed. A few weeks ago Marc took us on a trip through hell in part I of his Heaven and Hell Labyrinth (bottom half of the image above).
This week the eagerly awaited sequel has turned up in our inbox and we just can’t wait to show everyone. We challenge you to conquer your fears and overcome the troubling tests and trials as you journey from the depths of hell to the heights of heaven.
Part II (top half) takes you, the adventurer, through the gates of heaven and out into infinity. We really love the way mark has depicted the uncertainty of what lies past death, what awaits us in heaven and beyond. Take your time, you will make it through and the rewards will be grand.
The true magic of this labyrinth is that as well as working as individual labyrinths, the two parts join together (as above) to make one immense puzzle, please click here to enlarge and see both heaven and hell in their true glory.
Creature has never seen anything like this, it is truly groundbreaking artwork, impact, intricacy, intensity, intrigue, interaction… and so on, it really does blow our tiny minds.
We challenge you to interact with Marc’s art, take a break from your daily routine and try to solve these mind bending puzzles, make it through the tests and trials as you journey from the depths of hell to the heights of heaven.
We’ll see you at the gates. Don’t lose yourself!

Random Bunny Strip 16

Artist: Chris Getliffe
Project: Mean Bunny Strips every Tuesday
Website: www.getliffe.com
Welcome to this week’s mean bunny strip. This bunny has a plan, a dark and sinister plan. This probably does happen somewhere in the world, which is a really horrible thought. I’d like to say enjoy but it seems a little inappropriate.
Look out for more Bunnies doing un-bunny-like things every Tuesday.
